SERVICE QUALITY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

All services offered by KutberkFitness are personalized consultation, training, and coaching services.

The service is considered to have commenced when, following the purchase, an evaluation is conducted on behalf of the customer, a program is prepared, an appointment is scheduled, the consultation process is initiated, or any preparatory work related to the service is carried out.

No refunds will be given for services that have been customized and have already begun.

The customer's failure to use the service, their unwillingness to continue with the process, their failure to attend appointments, or their desire to terminate the service for personal reasons does not entitle them to a refund.

KutberkFitness reserves the right to offer different solutions at its own discretion, while prioritizing customer satisfaction, whenever it deems necessary.
